A legjobb dolog, ami a félcső deszkázással történhetett még mindig Tony Hawk. A Tony Hawk Vert Alert egy olyan újragondolt formája a félcső versenyeknek, amelyek ismét felhelyezték ezt az ágazatot a térképre. 608, csakúgy, mint a csapágy forog és forog. A Madárember pedig teljes gőzzel éli minden pillanatát annak, amihez ért. Nem csak átmentette a 90-es évek közepén már haldokló félcső deszkázást az utókornak, de ismét beindította a motorokat. The best thing could have ever happened to vert skating is still Tony Hawk. Tony Hawk’s Vert Alert is a reinvented form of vert competitions that has put this division back on the grid. 608, just like the bearing we use, that just keep on rolling. And the Birdman lives on full pace every given moment of the thing what he really knows. Not only preserving the dying vert skating in the 90s for the next generations, but turning on the engines again. But one thing I truly miss, that vert isn’t the form that’s made it into the olympics against park (pool to be exact, but whatever). So, if you thought by now, that this whole vert thing is boring, let’s give it a try. As for myself, I stuck into it, so it’s reached its target: got me. And I enjoyed every minute of it. I wouldn’t say that it’s on constant replay in our VHS, but I wouldn’t miss a moment to join whenever it’s live. Nostalgia and future in the same package. Thanks Tony!
