A Zero új videója nem lett extrán beharangozva így csak utólag lett nagy a hype. Ami szerintem egyik kicsit túlzás. Kicsivel több, mint két évvel ezelőtt még agyon dicsértük a Painkiller-t leginkább azért, mert egy autentikus Zero film lett. Le sem lehetett tagadni. Ehhez képest a Less Than Zero számomra egy nagy kérdőjel. Félre ne értsétek a deszkázás végig kiváló és nyomokban Zero jegyeket is tartalmaz, a zene választás is ott van, de mégsem értek legalább két dolgot. Az egyik, hogy miért kell elmenni tech irányba, pl. azzal, hogy egy-egy húzós csúszásból mondjuk egy shove-it out-ot tol az ember, amikor beleállva abba a kemény csúszásba sokkal eredetibb lenne. A másik, hogy hova tűnt a Zero esszencia? Még egyszer mondom, jó a deszkázás a filmben, de ez nem Zero. A Zero eladható anélkül is, hogy úsznának a trendekkel. Óriásit deszkázik Kairi Netsuke is, de hát ő legalább annyira Zero karakter, mint Dylan Jaeb volt. (utóbbi jelenleg a Primitive-nél hajt, okkal) Szóval a Less Than Zero nálunk biztos nem fog folyamatos lejátszáson menni. Köszönjük, mi maradunk inkább a Painkiller-nél.

The latest video of Zero hasn’t been promoted powerfully so the real hype came just after the release which is I think a little bit too much. Around two years earlier we praised so much Painkiller mostly because it’d became an authentic Zero video. You couldn’t deny. Comparing to that now Less Than Zero is a huge question mark for me. Don’t misunderstand skateboarding in it is perfect all the way long, you can find from time to time some Zero characteristics, music selection is ok, but I don’t understand at least two things. Number one is why it is necessary to go down the tech skating road? I mean why to make e.g. a shove-it out of a tough slide when that slide would be tough enough by simply itself and be more original. The other thing is: where’s the Zero essence is missing? Again, skating is good in the video, but this is not Zero. Zero is alive and can be positioned on the market without following the trends. Kairi Netsuke skates super big in the video, but to be honest he is as much a Zero character as e.g. Dylan Jaeb was. (the latter now rides for Primitive. For a reason) So Less Than Zero won’t be on continuous play for sure. Thank you, but we rather stick with Painkiller.
